Agnes is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industries, bringing extensive expertise across finance, contract administration, operations, and commercial strategy. Before joining M-Wave, she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Skurka Aerospace Inc. (a TransDigm Company), where she directed global sales, business development, and customer engagement initiatives. As General Manager, Agnes leverages her diverse background and strategic insight to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
